Small Business Crawl
This was my internship class/digital marketing internship semester project, and I led the planning and promotion of the Small Business Crawl, a community event hosted last spring. While the actual event was carried out in person, much of the planning involved digital collaboration, design, digital marketing, and promotional efforts. In doing so, I was able to coordinate with six local small businesses and create an event, similar to a bar crawl, in which people visit each business to receive a discount and entry into a giveaway. This project strengthened my skills in social media strategy, design, and community engagement, and taught me how digital storytelling can build community connections.

Personal HTML/CSS website
This personal website began as a class assignment for a coding class, but turned into a passion project as I was able to create a digital space that highlighted my personal interests and activities. I built this website from scratch using HTML and CSS, and I was aiming to create a website that highlighted my personality and could be added to/adjusted later in my college career to showcase my professional accomplishments. This website was created with the hope of eventually being shared with potential employers or collaborators. In creating this website, I gained meaningful skills in using HTML and CSS, and learned how design and storytelling through digital platforms can affect first impressions and perceptions.
